Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, customers may request a return or replacement only as per the refund policy mentioned below.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7 business days, depending on the payment method used.

Refund & Replacement Policy
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, please note that no refund or replacement request will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery, under any circumstances. We are not liable for any claims made after this period.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. To process your request, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
- Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A refund to the original payment method
- Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be entertained.
Battery-Related Products
For products that include batteries or are battery-operated, customers may request a refund or replacement within 10 days of delivery, provided the issue is related to manufacturing defects or performance problems.
After 10 days, no claims related to battery issues will be accepted.
Dissatisfaction with Product
Refunds for dissatisfaction will only be considered if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description
- Refunds will not be issued for personal preference, change of mind, or misuse of the product.
Non-Refundable Costs
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Shipping and delivery charges
- GST and government taxes
- Any promotional, discounted, or customized products (unless damaged or defective)
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the eligible amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and non-refundable charges) will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
